Cancellations and “No Show” Policy

Radiance Advanced Skin and Body Care enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy to insure respect towards our customers as well as our staff.

If appointments are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50%; “No Shows” will be charged 100% of services.

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations and “no shows” for our Medical and Wellness appointments.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of services. We offer financing through Care Credit. You can learn more about this option by calling our office. Care Credit can also be used for Specials and Discounts; however a 10% surcharge will be added.

We do not accept insurance plans, however we are happy to provide you with the information you may need for reimbursement from your insurance company. We do not guarantee insurance re-imbursement.

Electronic Equipment

To insure the best experience for you and our other guests, please turn off all cell phones and pagers!

Children

We strive to provide our guests with a peaceful environment for their spa experience. We ask that you make arrangements for childcare during your treatment. All children under 12 years or age receiving a treatment must be accompanied by an adult. An adult must accompany all children under 18 years of age receiving a medical treatment.

Groups

The staff here at Radiance welcome the opportunity to work with groups for any occasion. To provide you with the best service, we ask that you schedule several weeks in advance and all appointments must be secured with a credit card. Please call the Spa Director to schedule your group event!

If a group cancellation occurs less than 7 days in advance, 20% of service will be charged. Group cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of service. No shows will be charged 100%.

The Spa may be rented for exclusive events. Please call our Spa Director for details.

Gratuity

Traditionally 15% to 20% gratuity is given for spa and salon services.
