Eat it Off

Learn to appreciate real food. The produce aisles offer a bounty of delicious, healthy and low calorie foods. Lean meat and fish are great sources of energizing protein. Sugary snacks, salty processed foods and soft drinks have combined to make us fatter than ever. Consider what experts call weight creep: If you over-eat by only 100 calories a day, you can gain 10 pounds in a year!

Drink it Off

Maybe you’re not really hungry. You could be dehydrated. Water is involved in every kind of cellular process in the body, and when you’re dehydrated they all run less efficiently, including your metabolism. Research has shown that drinking a glass of water before meals can help us eat less. One study found that those who drink water before meals ate an average of 75 fewer calories. That may not seem like much, but consider the dreaded weight creep mentioned above!

Move it Off

How many of us are burned out and disappointed from exercising regularly and never seeing results? They key is exercising efficiently. If you do the same exercise over and over, or do only cardio, you don’t challenge your body or help your metabolism. Raising your heart rate, challenging your muscles, and changing your routine all make your exercise more effective. Consider circuit training with weights, which includes different movements designed to keep your heart rate up and your body guessing what’s next. You will be burning fat, building muscle and boosting your metabolism, even after you hit the showers.

Sleep it Off

It’s simple: sleep less / eat more. Sleep deprivation increases a hormone that triggers appetite, and decreases one that signals you are full. Recent research has suggested that once sleep apnea patients get treatment they start to lose weight. Further, if you are sleep deprived, you may not make good food choices simply due to sleepy apathy. And of course, if you are tired you are less inclined to exercise.

Call it Off

Make the call today. The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program offers success where diets fail. Our medical professionals will guide you through a proven weight loss plan designed just for you. You will receive a metabolic evaluation, as well as continued counseling and support. For those diet and exercise resistant areas, CoolSculpting is the answer. CoolSculpting is the only non-invasive FDA approved treatment for lasting fat reduction. This proven cooling process targets and kills the fat cells without harming surrounding skin or tissue – all without knives, needles or down time.
