Lauren Olson is the owner and founder of Radiance Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, one of the most advanced aesthetic facilities in the country. Ms. Olson holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine. Ms. Olson believes in combining the “Art and Science of Beauty and Wellness” to deliver safe, effective artistic results to help patients look and feel their best.

Wendy has been with Radiance since 2010. She oversees the day-to-day operations such as scheduling, inventory control, human resources, customer and employee relations, and management. She is dedicated to creating an atmosphere where team service offers every guest a superior experience. As Spa Manager, she works hard behind the scenes to keep Radiance running without a wrinkle!

A passionate doctor with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Rudman has taken his experience with patients’ medical and surgical problems into a new role that focuses on preventing illness and preserving wellness. Throughout his career, he has witnessed the progressive increase in obesity and related diseases resulting from the modern-day environment in which we live. This issue has not only accelerated to become more common than not, but it has also been progressively occurring at a younger average age. This study, over the years, has lead Dr. Rudman to the conclusion that there is a missing piece – treating and preserving wellness is something that we as a medical community can be doing better, especially as the outside environmental threats continue to make it more difficult to stay “Well.”

Dr. Tamyra Y. Comeaux is board certified in Gynecology and Anti-Aging Medicine. She has been in private practice since 2000. Dr. Comeaux is experienced in preventing as well as helping treat health problems using the least invasive and disruptive methods possible.

Holli has been an Advanced Aesthetic Injector at Radiance since 2020. Holli administers neuromodulators (Botox and Dysport) and dermal fillers. Holli’s nursing background includes Neonatal Intensive Care as well as Labor and Delivery Nursing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications.

Monica joined our team in 2011 working in Guest Services. She began assisting our nurse Nancy and quickly fell in love with nursing. Monica graduated nursing school in 2017 and worked with a wide variety of patients in the hospital setting. Monica rejoined our Radiance family in 2021 as one of our licensed aesthetic nurse injectors. She is known for her gentle touch and attention to detail.

Nancy is the Wellness Coordinator at Radiance and she wears many hats! She works behind the scenes to ensure the wellness team runs smoothly. She also works directly with Dr. Comeaux, Ob/GYN, NMD by assisting in procedures and patient care. She is also a certified Ultherapy and MiraDry technician.

Starla has been in the medical field since 2005. She came to Radiance in 2016 from Family Practice and Internal Medicine where she worked for 7 years. Additionally, she has 8 years of experience working in Gastroenterology. Starla keeps our medical and wellness departments working smoothly.

Karleigh is an essential part of the Radiance team. She manages and directs the daily efforts of the Guest Services Team. As Patient Care Coordinator, she goes over pricing with all new and prospective patients, helps schedule their treatments, goes over pre and post care instructions with them, and follows up with them post procedure. She is also a certified CoolSculpting technician as well as a certified MiraDry technician. Karleigh is a vital member of the team!

Valerie is the lead massage therapist at Radiance, as well as, a certified CoolSculpting Technician and body expert. In addition to CoolSculpting, she also performs Emsculpt, NuEra Body Tight, ZWave, and laser hair removal.

Heidi is our lead aesthetician. She is a master of facials, chemical peels, waxing, microneedling, and laser treatments such as the Sciton HALO, BBL, and laser hair removal. Heidi completed and achieved her aesthetician license as well as receiving her laser license and certificates for the medical grade facials and devices we use in the spa.

Kristen is an aesthetician at Radiance and has been a pivotal part of the aesthetics team since 2013. She performs facials, chemical peels, waxing, laser hair removal, microneedling, and other laser treatments like the Sciton HALO and BBL treatments.

Ashley is an aesthetician at Radiance and has a wealth of skincare knowledge and experience under her belt. She specializes in facials, chemical peels, waxing, and microneedling with a special interest in the treatment of inflammation disorders such as acne and rosacea, as well as working to increase collagen production to benefit the health and wellness of skin.

Jessica has been a much sought-after hair stylist since 2005. She comes by it naturally, growing up with a hairstylist mother. Jessica specializes in vivid colors and blonding services such as babylights, balayage, and root smudges. She is an expert at Keratin treatments and tape in hair extensions, as well as cuts of all kinds. She loves what she does at Radiance. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and crafting.

Michelle has been with Radiance for 8 years and is an essential part of the Radiance team. Michelle handles much of the administrative tasks and makes sure things run smoothly from day-to-day.

Bri has excelled at hairstyling since graduating from the prestigious Aveda Institute in 2005. Radiance has been lucky enough to have her since 2011. She specializes in cuts, color, and Keratin smoothing treatments. She is also sought after for her hair designs for bridal parties and special events such as proms and homecoming dances.

Karina has been a pivotal member of the Radiance family since 2021 and is now the newest addition to our medical team.  Along with her Medical Assistant Certificate, Karina holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is pursuing her BSN in hopes of becoming an aesthetic injector. Working at Radiance has been an amazing experience for her as it has given her the opportunity to witness many aesthetic procedures as well as learn different techniques used by our talented and highly qualified injectors. In her free time, Karina enjoys going to the gym, hiking, quality time with loved ones, beach getaways and visiting her hometown in Napa Valley.

Hannah is one of our amazing hair stylists at The Salon at Radiance and she specializes in everything from haircuts to color to extensions and special occasion up-dos. Hannah received her Cosmetology license from Legacy in Tomball, Texas and has been a hairstylist for 5 years now. Some of her favorite hair treatments to do are balayage and extensions.

It is our good fortune to have Natalie at Radiance! She assists our hair stylists in the salon by assisting in shampoo + blow drys, as well as helping out all over the spa wherever needed. She is appreciated for her thoughtful and giving spirit. She is always the first to offer a helping hand to her clients and co-workers.

Monica has been in customer service for over 10 years. She always has a positive attitude towards helping our guests. In her spare time Monica enjoys reading and cooking with her son. 

Brittni has 10+ years of experience in customer service and thrives on interacting with clients and the community. Brittni has a huge passion for creating and marketing on our Social Media platforms. All those fun Instagram videos? Yes, you can thank Brittni! When Brittni is not working she enjoys Peloton classes, weekends in the Hill Country, and quality family time with her high school sweetheart and their two daughters.

Angie has been in customer services for over 10 years and in the Spa Industry since 2012. She thrives on giving our guests a 5 star experience from the time they enter the spa until they leave. On her days off Angie enjoys concerts, strolls through Farmers Markets and time with her puppy. 

Meadow comes to us with 5 years of experience in customer service. She has a passion to ensure clients feel pleased and happy with their Radiance experience. Meadow enjoys traveling the world, spending time with her friends, and playing with her Doodle, Winston. 

Shelby Started working for Radiance in 2016. She has almost 10 years of administrative experience and loves working for the Guest Services team. She graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree is Mass Communications. Shelby enjoys building relationships with all Radiance's clients and striving to provide a five-star experience. When she isn't working, Shelby enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her husband and son.
