Lauren has brought together extremely talented, dedicated professionals to provide a holistic approach to health and beauty. She has practiced Medicine since 1982 in the fields of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Family Practice. She was a Clinical Coordinator of a Diabetes Clinic and a Certified Diabetes Educator. In 1995, Ms. Olson began practicing clinical skincare and has expanded her practice to include Advanced Aesthetic Skincare, Antiaging and Functional Medicine. She is an expert injector with 13 years of experience and has received a Master’s Certification in Botox Cosmetic and Dermal Fillers from Allergan. Ms. Olson is always learning and researching to stay abreast of new, effective and safe medical aesthetic practices. This includes attending medical conferences, reading medical literature, and speaking nationally and internationally at medical conferences, sharing her knowledge. She believes that being innovative makes Radiance a cutting-edge medical aesthetics practice. In the treatment room, she creates medical artistry, helping patients be the best they can be. She administers neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, PDO thread lift, regenerative skin treatments, treats spider veins, does minor dermatologic procedures and laser treatments. She was honored to be named a Certified National Trainer for Allergan to educate other healthcare providers. She is a sought after speaker and educator, and as such, speaks nationally and internationally on health, wellness and medical aesthetics. In 2012, she was named a Woman of Excellence by the Houston Federation of Professional Women, and has served as President of Women’s Business Forum, President of Women Former Students’ network at Texas A&M, and Chairman of the Board of the Cypress Symphony. She has a heart for serving and supports many non-profit organizations in the community. Her faith calls her to serve her clients and employees with integrity and honesty. When Ms. Olson is not working, she enjoys travelling the world, experiencing different cultures, sites, and food. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
